General booking conditions

General conditions
Prices are per person per day with half-board and are valid for a minimum stay of three days. Please remember that the rooms are available starting at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day you leave, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM If you arrive later than 8:00 PM, please inform us.

Please note: The bill can be paid in cash (up to 999,99 €), with traveller's cheques or credit card (no Diners or AMEX)

For all dog lovers: We kindly ask you to inform us if you want to bring your dog with you. We are sorry that they can not been taken to the restaurant or to the wellness area. As the room has to be cleaned specially, we charge you a daily amount of Euro 18,00 per day.

Deposit:
To guarantee the reservation, we kindly ask you to sent us a cheque of Euro 300,00 per room or make a banc transfer on the following account Raika Valdaora/Olang: IBAN IT54F0803559040000305001889, SWIFT RZSBIT 21505.

Storno conditions: 
The cancellation of the reservation is without costs up to 30 days before arrival.
Of course we are trying to resell the room, but if we should not be able to, we have to charge you the following percentages on the complete price:

Cancellation 30 days before the arrival day 40%
Cancellation 15 days before the arrival day 60%
Cancellation 8 days before the arrival day 80%

80% of the complete price, we have to charge you also in case of an early departure or a late arrival, if we are not able to resell the room.
