Nordic Walking in South Tyrol

Our Nordic Walking Instructor teaches you the sport where you burn especially many fat depots. Nordic Walking is also very gently for the joints and is therefore better than traditional jogging. This form of sport is positive also for your metabolism and the whole heard system which has a positive aspect also for your mind.

The Nordic Walking Park Kronplatz – Dolomiti is one of the biggest parks in Europe and offers more than 220 km of routes. In Valdaora we have some easy, harder and very strong tours with a distance of 5 to 14km.
