Sometimes we offer typical
South Tyrolean specialities, from the wonderful Schlutzkrapfen (similar to ravioli) to the Speckknödel (bacon dumplings); other times, local
Pustertal treats, such as the original Tirtl or Ingsaante Niggelen (fried pastries). But don’t worry, there is more than just authentic South Tyrolean cuisine on the menu. We also serve international gourmet dishes. Our chef can be quite creative in the kitchen here. Plus, his fantastic team has a lot of fun. You can see this in the licked-clean plates that go back to the kitchen and in the satisfied smiles on our guests’ faces. And just to be sure that these smiles are not only because of the magnificent panorama, you can also read
reviews about the food here.
Discover nature outside and on your plate at our gourmet hotel in South Tyrol. Many things come from the farmer around the corner (or three curves down the road), and many from local producers. We only put things we like on our plates – you can be sure of that! And we are often quite demanding little foodies, it’s true!
