Rates, check-in & check-out
Our rates are per person and night for our ¾-board and apply for a stay of a minimum of three nights. Please note that your room will be ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Reservation and payment
You can pay the hotel invoice in cash, by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or EC card.
In order to confirm your reservation, please pay a deposit of €300.00 per room either by bank transfer to the account below or credit card. We will send you the link to pay by credit card with the booking confirmation.

Cancellation
It’s a pity when rooms are left vacant even though others would have liked to come. That’s why we kindly ask you to inform us in good time if you must cancel your booking. We will do our best to re-book the vacant Zirm room!
Booking cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival,
and your deposit will be credited for a next holiday.
In the event of a later cancellation, we will try our best to re-book the room. Should we not succeed in doing so, we have to charge the following rates from the total price as compensation:
– Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 40%
– Cancellation 15 days before arrival: 60%
– Cancellation 8 days before arrival: 80%
In case of a late arrival or early departure (if we cannot re-book), 80% of the total price will be charged. We appreciate your understanding.
Travel insurance
Do you have travel insurance? If not, we offer that too!
Upon receiving your booking confirmation, you will be offered the option of the Zirm Travel Cancellation Service. This is a practical way of ensuring that you are covered in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
