Kronplatz has been writing skiing history since 1871, when the first steps towards skiing and ski tourism were taken.
In this extraordinary museum you can follow the history from the past to the present, in pictures, photos through the ages, the fascination of photography has found a home here, including a panoramic view.
From historical photographs and digital innovations to exciting temporary and special exhibitions and spectacular productions. A curated programme around alpinism, tourism, politics, spirituality and history is always on offer - with the theme of the mountain always in the middle, extravagant and illuminated from different perspectives.
